My name is Ellie.. My real name is Elizabeth for those wondering whats up with that, but I never really appreciated it till a few years ago, so when deciding to turn this passion of mine into a business I decided to give it the long overdue appreciation it deserved.. for my Dad.
So, Elizabeth Meachem Photography originally came to life’ in March of 2010 as a hobby documenting family and friends and their special events. It has evolved over the years into what you finally see here today. I took the official leap into wedding photography in 2018. It took me a while huh, but having documented friends weddings previously, all those years of practice has enabled me to hone my style and pave the way for the work & photographer you see now.

Natural light is my my fav.. I am a natural light photographer but I know how to work light to its best advantage.. flash too.
I am far more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it.
I have been with my partner for over 20 years now.
I am a 38 year old Mum of 3 boys and a Nana of two precious Grandbabies that is a little obsessed with ‘Post Malone’! (swoon!) I own two crazy French Bulldogs and a Dogue De Bordeaux.. (aka our house horse!)
I collect tattoos, LOVE ‘The Walking Dead’ and besides photography, astrology makes my heart happy.
I am also super proud to say I am a Spectrum Inspired photographer.. being a mum to three Autistic boys (teenagers!) myself this is a huge honour for me and they have given me the knowledge and patience required to confidently enter into the world of spectrum difficulties and capture the true spirit of the amazing individuals touched by Autism.
